Overview
This Return Policy applies to products purchased from grexalonyrshuneu. Due to the custom nature of our decoration services, certain terms and conditions apply to cancellations and returns.
Service Cancellations
For decoration services that have been booked but not yet provided:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date may be eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee
- Cancellations made 14-30 days before the event date may be eligible for a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund
Product Returns
For physical products purchased from us:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging
- Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless defective
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refund eligibility is subject to the terms outlined above.
